The MCC Library has access to approximately 28,274 NetLibrary electronic books. Electronic books can be found through the NetLibrary search screen or through the Online Catalog. E-Books can be checked out by MCC students, faculty and staff for 24 hours after creating a free account. To create a free NetLibrary account, access NetLibrary from the library homepage or from the Databases by Title page. Please view our new tutorial (Flash) to learn more about NetLibrary.

Regular response time to questions is 6 hours, except for when the library is closed. The Ask a Librarian service will be available during regular library hours:
Sunday 3PM-9PM
Monday-Thursday 7:30AM-10PM
Friday 7:30AM-5PM
Saturday 9AM-3PM
Questions sent when the library is closed will not be answered until the next day or hour that the library is open.

The library is working on a project to supply helpful subject guides for a variety of information resources. The first subject page of this type is now on the library website: Health Sciences and Nursing. The Resources by Subject pages will guide students, faculty and staff to the best of our databases, library shelves, print and electronic journals and the most reputable Internet sites in any particular subject area.
